We went with my dad to trail sheep. Alyvia LOVED it! She is turning into a little farm girl. (Those are the best ones, right!! hehe!) Even though it was raining, we had a fun time. Alyvia got to ride a horse and thought it was the greatest thing ever, she did not want to get off.
Helping Shayla feed calves (and maybe playing around a little bit too!!)
Livie has finally gotten over this round of C-Diff! (Thanks for all the advice, Livie's been on a couple pro-bacteria's since we've been home from the hospital, but it doesn't seem to be enough at times...)
Sorry for slacking on updating the blog, we've been crazy busy lately.
As you can see from these pics, Livie has been loving helping out with the farm chores!!
Getting the bottles ready for the baby calves Loading up the pickup
Livie found the baby kitties, she loved them!
If you look closely, you will see that Alyvia is not the only one with a love for rubber rain boots!!
Alyvia is 4 years old. She loves dolls, Dora, and the trampoline. She had a brain tumor in her brain stem and had surgery on Sept 24, 2007 to resect the tumor. She spent almost 3 months at Primary Children's recovering from many complications (some of them being ARDS-lung disease, spinal meningitis and cerebellar mutism.) With cerebellar mutism Livie has had to re-learn quite a few things like talking and walking. She has since come a long ways! She really is our little miracle and has taught us the true meaning of love.
